Mark your calendar for our famous annual Oktoberfest-ish on October 12th: TX v OU football at 2:30 pm followed by stein holding contests, prizes, and more! Oh, and craft German beer all day! Prost!

Stein Holding Competition - immediately after the game (6-ish)

Do you have the oomph to be our stein-holding champ? The competition will be tough, and rules are simple—keep that arm straight, and no spilling or cheating! Last one standing takes the glory!

Pretzel Toss Tournament - We’ll allow teams to come and go as they please, competing at their own pace throughout the day. In teams of two people, one teammate will hold a (brand new) plunger on their head, while the other tries to toss pretzels onto the stick from 6 feet away. You’ll have 60 seconds—let the games begin!

Costume Contest - Feel free to come dressed up (you or your dog—or both!), snap some pics throughout the day, and we’ll announce the costume contest winners around 6:30 PM. Share your Oktoberfest looks with our #oktoberfestish hashtag for a shot at winning a Big Dog pint glass!
